At Vitadono, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and what to expect when ordering from us.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 20 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
  • International Shipping: Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $20 within the United States. We do not ship internationally. 
  • Standard and expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time via USPS or UPS - see shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We work with reliable shipping carriers, but sometimes delays can happen. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at support@vitadono.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and items, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal limitations in certain regions. If this applies to your order, we will notify you immediately.
